Itinerary

On this day, you will embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a journey that takes around 6-7 hours through picturesque landscapes of lush hills, terraced farmlands, and charming villages. Upon arrival in Pokhara, the remaining part of the day will be spent exploring some of the city’s most renowned attractions:

  • Fewa Lake: Enjoy a serene boat ride on this tranquil lake, with stunning views of the Annapurna mountain range reflected on the water.
  • Devi’s Falls (David’s Falls): A unique waterfall where the stream disappears into an underground tunnel.
  • Mahendra Cave: A limestone cave filled with stalactites and stalagmites, offering an adventurous experience.
  • Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave: A sacred cave that houses a Shiva temple, located near Devi’s Falls.

After sightseeing, you’ll have time to relax and absorb the natural beauty of Pokhara. You’ll spend the night in a comfortable hotel, preparing for the next day’s adventure.

On this day, you will be driven to Nayapul. It is about 4 hours drive and we have to walk for short time to reach put-in-time. The views along the way are beautiful and picturesque. The river bank of Modi Khola is set for camp and there will be over night stay in a camp.

On this day, rafting adventure begins from Modi Khola put-in- point. The trip continues till it reaches Purtighat. The adventure is full of exciting rapids which has to be handled all the time by paddlers. Experiencing dramatic adventures along the way while rafting gives the rafters enough satisfaction. The adventure stops at Purtighat and we spend the night in a camp.

This day, the rafting expedition goes on via Setibini to Mirmi. Hindus revere Setibini as a sacred site where they may view Asia’s largest rock, which is revered as a god. This trail offers many exciting rafting opportunities. Rafting is a life-changing experience made unforgettable by the heart-stopping rapids. From Mirmi, we take a car to Pokhara, where we stay in a hotel.

This is the day you will take a hired car back to Kathmandu. While returning to Kathmandu, the natural scenery and environment make for an intriguingly stunning photograph. You will be taken to the hotel in the evening. If there’s still time, you can explore the city and go shopping at the marketplace.
